Standard TÜV nicht bestanden CO² zu hoch, 1.6 SR APF

Huhu liebe Gemeinde,

leider hat mein Winterauto (Golf 4 Variant, 1.6 SR APF, 227000km (Zahnriemen neu und richtig drauf) die Abgasuntersuchung nicht bestanden und von daher auch keinen TÜV bekommen.

Jetzt die Frage:

Woran kann es liegen, dass der CO² Wert viel zu hoch ist (Prüfer hat AU abgebrochen, da er keine Chance gesehen hat - faierer Weise auch nichts gezahlt)?

Die Kiste läuft einwandfrei, Endgeschwindigkeit passt, Verbrauch ist in Ordnung, keine Falschluft,keine Fehler hinterlegt...

Das Einzige was ich gefunden habe:

Laut VCDS ist der Messwertblock 31 nicht in Ordnung...die Lambdasonde Bank 1 (welche ist das eigentlich? Vor oder nach KAT?) hat einen Wert von 1,2 (was ja viel zu hoch ist) wenn man einen Gasschub gegeben hat und dann vom Gas geht. Auch sonst sind die Werte vom Soll-Wert entfernt... das erklärt natürlich, warum der CO²-Wert nicht stimmt.

Die Lambdasonden sind beide allerdings NEU (Bosch und auch die richtigen ).

Bleibt nur noch der KAT übrig? ODer hat jemand noch ein Ass im Ärmel? Ich würde ungern einen neuen Kat einbauen, wenn es nichts bringt...

Ich bin gespannt, was euch noch einfällt...

Co Wert meinst du wohl Lmm ist auch noch ein Kandidat. Wie waren die anderen Werte bei Au?

Huhu, andere Werte gibt es im Moment nicht, da der Dekraprüfer gütig war und die AU abgebrochen hatte und nix berechnet hat - ergo auch kein Protokoll.

Wenn Lambda Bank1 bei VCDS wirklich vor KAT ist, dann ist die Ursache ja aber eh wo anderes zu suchen als beim Kat selber.

Der Kat ist in Ordnung (Sichtprüfung als auch KAT-Prüfung mittels VCDS) und ich war gestern auch auf der Bahn und habe ihn richtig freibrennen lassen - ohne Erfolg wie gesagt.

Der LMM ist mir auch im Kopf, allerdings scheint der alles richtig zu machen - er bringt keinen Fehler in den Speicher.
Ziehe ich ihn hingegen ab, kommt sofort der Fehler im MSG und im Kombiinsturment.

Öldeckel öffnen ändert auch nix.


Sollte es wirklich doch der LMM sein: Taugen die ganz billigen (~30 €) von der Bucht was?

PS: Das depperte Sekundärluftsystem funktioniert bei mir übrigens auch nicht, da hab ich mir schon nen Wolf gesucht....Pumpe läuft manuell, ist also in Ordnung. Aber morgens höre ich die nie beim anmachen. AGR tut in diesem Zusammenhang aber auch. Überall keine Fehler im System.

Sekundärluftpumpe spielt aber bei der AU keine Rolle... Ist nur beim Kaltstart aktiv.

Das ist aber normal. Keine Verbrennung, hoher O2 Anteil = Lambdawert >1

Fahr mal ne Runde und beobachte den Lambdasondenwert.
Fehler im Sekundärluftsystem verhindern ein anlernen der Lambdasondenkorrektur.

So, ich melde mich nochmal....

ich habe die Tage das Sekundärluftsystem mittels 12V Lampe getestet und auch mittels VCDS scheint das System doch in Ordnung zu sein...ich hätte meinen können, die Pumpe war schon mal lauter.... egal, tut jedenfalls.

Riss im Krümmer habe ich auch gesucht und nix gefunden. Auch bläst die Karre nirgends Relevantes ab.

Auch die Verkabelung der Sonden stimmt....und es sind auch die richtigen Sonden laut Bosch-Katalog.

Jetzt habe ich mal einen LMM bestellt um zu gucken, ob sich was ändert... ich werde berichten.

Das allerblödeste wäre natürlich, wenn es die neue Lambdasonde wäre, die kaputt ist und dadurch die hohen/falschen Werte gibt.

So langsam wirds echt eng mit TÜV vor Ende April (da Winterauto)!!!

Lambdawerte sind mE plausibel... Der Fehler liegt woanders.

Vllt auch bei der Messmethode des Prüfers.

So..... Ergebnisse von heute:

Der Luftmassemesser, den ich jetzt zu Testzwecken doch billig erworben habe, war der letzte Schrott - hätte ich da doch mal auf dich gehört, x_plain ! Allerdings weis ich jetzt, was es bedeutet einen kaputten LMM zu nutzen


Was ich gefunden habe, ist ein Schlauch vom Tank zum Aktivkohlefilter vorne rechts im Motorraum....der war an der Überstülpung gerissen.

Jetzt meine Frage: Kann es wirklich sein, dass die Tankentlüftung dafür verantwortlich sein kann, dass Falschluft ins System (Drosselklappe - da führt die Leitung vom Aktivfilter ja schließlich hin)kommt und für einen höhren CO Wert verantwortlich ist?

Mit unserem "billig" CO Tester scheint das Ganze aufzugehen... als ich den Schlauch durch einen Benzinschlauch ersetzt hatte, waren die Werte zumindest bis auf einmal immer RICHTIG gut.....CO Wert zwischen 0,0 und 0,2 .....
